rugs

The design for rugs 1 to 9 is based on a single geometric shape inspired by universal ethnic designs and combined into a contemporary arrangement.
The result is a truly 21st Century design with an ethnic flavour.
The design for rugs 10, 11 and 12 is inspired by a juxtaposition of the pattern of a zebra in a Pacific ethnic context resulting in a geometric pattern with both natural and cultural references.
The design for rug 13 is inspired by the animal world: the spread out tail feathers of a peacock depicting a rich flavour of the natural world.
These are all cut pile, 2 by 3 meters or 250cm diameter round rug (no. 10).
100% New Zealand wool or 80% NZ wool/20% silk.
